Seeking 1–2 responsible adult roommates to share a peaceful, clean home in West Las Vegas. Ideal locations include Spring Valley, South Summerlin, Summerlin, Rhodes Ranch, Centennial Hills, or anywhere west of Durango. Move-in is planned for July–August 2025, with a 13-month lease through a reputable property management company.

We’ll be renting either:

A 2-bedroom apartment (~$1,500/month total)

Or a 3-bedroom house (~$2,000/month total)
Rent, utilities, and deposits will be split equally among all adult roommates.

I work in the entertainment industry and travel frequently for work. I also have three indoor cats—they’re friendly and well-behaved. I’ll be paying the pet deposit, so no other pets allowed.

You’ll need to meet typical leasing qualifications, including:

No evictions, late payments, bankruptcies, or poor credit

At least 2 years of rental history

6 months of pay stubs, bank statements, and last year’s tax return

Household income must equal $72,000/year gross for a $2,000/month rental

All roommates will sign a notarized roommate agreement
